Mrs. Garcia's 5th Grade Distance Learning Plan

     Google Classroom will be the main platform to access all assignments, communication, and videos from me.  All students have login for google classroom.  I will be inviting each of you via email to the classrooms as well so that you may access everything the students will be working on. 
     Here is a tentative distance learning plan that may evolve over time:
  • Math - Student will be working on online assignment through khanacademy.org (the students have login information and have been using it throughout the year) 
  • English - Reading assignment (students will be given books required and links will provided on Google classroom to access informational articles)
  • Writing - Students will be a writing prompt on Google classroom and will be required to respond with a 5 sentence paragraph.
  • Science - Assignment will be posted on Google classroom
  • Social Studies - Assignment will posted on Google classroom
